I'm an international, certified subconscious and somatic transformation coach, hypnotherapist, and founder of The Rewired Self™. I help emotionally exhausted, high-achievers and healers break free from feeling stuck, anxiety, looping thoughts, and self-sabotaging patterns by reprogramming at the subconscious and nervous system level.
For nearly two decades, I struggled with deep emotional pain, anxiety, and self-sabotage. Traditional therapy and prescriptions made me aware of my struggles—but they didn’t resolve them.
